You need to complete Appendix 2 of VAF4A Form if you wish to apply for a Spouse Visa or enter the UK as: The spouse or civil partner of someone settled in the UK. The child of a parent who is applying or have applied already for leave to remain in the UK as a partner of a British settled person.
