Performance Grant means an award that may vest or may be earned or exercised, in whole or in part, contingent upon the attainment during a Performance Period of one or more Performance Goals and which is granted pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Plan.
The EMPA is funded by an annual surcharge of $2 per policy on every homeowners, mobile homeowners, tenant homeowners, and inium unit owners policy, and an annual $4 surcharge on every commercial fire, commercial multiple peril, and business owners property insurance policy.
