The fee is $1/hour and is available to all ECU faculty, staff, students and campus visitors as long as space is available. The fee is charged for the total number of hours parked in the garage, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There is a lost ticket fee of $25. Overnight parking is discouraged.
Where can I park for free? Upper and Lower Sandridge Lots are always free. These parking lots are located on Marsac Avenue, South of City Hall.
Parking is complimentary (excluding parkades and group events) evenings, weekends and statutory holidays. Accessible stalls and time zone/limited areas are in enforced at all times.
Visitors with short-term parking needs may purchase a one-day parking access or use hourly parking at our Parking Garage or Pay by Space Stations. Visitors are defined as individuals who are not ECU students or University employees. We welcome visitors to campus and strive to make their visits as enjoyable possible.
The Main Campus Student Center parking garage has 709 regular spaces and 15 ADA spaces for a total of 724 spaces. Two electric vehicle charging stations are also available. ECU staff, faculty, and students may purchase a garage permit for an annual fee. Hourly parking is $1/hour.
