School/Comprehensive Educational Plans (S/CEP) The CEP includes the goals and strategies of a specific school for that year. School Leadership Teams work to develop these goals and strategies that lead to improved student outcomes.
CEP is an employer-funded training and re-employment program that provides job seekers with training designed to improve earning potential and increase job skills required in todays workplace. This program also works directly with Unemployment Insurance claimants to provide intensive re-employment assistance.
CEP is a federal option that allows high poverty schools to offer free meals to all students. The CEP State Subsidy ensures all CEP meals are reimbursed at the free rate, allowing all eligible New York schools to provide free meals to all students while alleviating the financial burden.
