  1. Create your PowerPoint presentation and save it with a .ppt extension.
  2. Select 'File' > 'Print Preview' to adjust your print settings.
  3. In the Print What: section, choose 'Handouts (6 slides per page)' from the drop-down menu.
  4. Close the Print Preview by clicking the Close button.
  5. If available, select 'Convert to Adobe PDF' from the Adobe PDF menu at the top of PowerPoint.
  6. If you don't see the Adobe PDF menu, go to 'File' > 'Print' and select 'Adobe PDF' as your printer.
  7. Click OK and then save your document when prompted, ensuring it has a .pdf extension.
  8. Upload the newly created PDF handouts to Blackboard by navigating to your course and selecting the appropriate content area.
  9. In Blackboard, click on 'Add Item', name your document, and provide a brief description.
  10. Attach your PDF file by clicking Browse… and selecting it from your computer.
  11. Ensure you name the link for students to access it easily and select any desired options before submitting.
