Non-IFTA jurisdictions are the following: Alaska, Hawaii, District of Columbia (US); Yukon Territory, Northwest Territory, Nunavut (Canadian territories); and all of Mexico. All miles driven in these locations are considered to be Non-IFTA miles and should be reported as Non-IFTA miles in the IFTA report.
