Household income encompasses a parents wages, Social Security benefits, tax refunds, and interest earned on savings.
Scholarships for EdChoice Expansion are awarded based on the Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) of a familys household. If a familys household income is at or below 450 percent of the Federal Poverty Level, they will be awarded the maximum scholarship amount.
For students from households with family income at or below 450% Federal Poverty Level ($140,400 for a family of four), scholarships are worth up to $6,166 for students in K8 and $8,408 for high school students, not to exceed the private schools actual tuition and fees.
