November of 2023 marked the beginning of a unique partnership when Jessup University acquired Multnomah University to create the Multnomah Campus of Jessup University in Portland, Oregon.
For Multnomah University, remaining an independent institution was no longer financially viable. The partnership with Jessup allows Multnomah to remain a relevant campus uncompromising on biblical integration, spiritual formation and academic rigor.
It provided undergraduate, graduate, and certificate programs in both in-person and online settings. In 2023, the school announced it would be closing as Multnomah University on May 1, 2024, becoming the Multnomah campus of Jessup University.
Friday, May 30, 2025 is the final chapter of the Multnomah Lions athletic department.
The total enrollment at Multnomah University in 2023, both undergraduate and graduate, is 532 students. The full-time enrollment at Multnomah University is 412 and the part-time enrollment is 120.
