Does California accept out of state teaching credentials?

The law changed this summer. You dont need CBEST if you have a bachelors degree. Previously you could waive the CBEST if you scored high enough on the SAT or ACT or took math, reading, and writing courses in college and had your transcript evaluation by the CTC.
