Paper copies of records cost $0.05 per letter-sized page and $0.07 per legal-sized page; however, the delivery and postage fees could be additional, depending on delivery type. If special equipment is needed to make the copies (e.g., for maps), the requester may be charged the actual cost of duplication.
OPRA is used when the requestor wants to gain access to government records and wants to invoke the OPRA statute, which provides a statutory right of access to government records and holds a records custodian to a response deadline.
If you know the Division within the New Jersey Redevelopment Authority that holds the record(s) you are seeking, fill out the Government Records Request Form and indicate the appropriate Division. The form may be hand delivered, mailed, faxed, or submitted via email to recordsrequests@njra.us.
You may also complete and submit a web enabled version of this request form at .nj.gov/opra. OAG-LPS will also accept submission of requests by email to the OAG-LPS Custodians official OPRA email address.
