1. Click ‘Get Form’ to open the HISD AppliTrack Access Request Form in the editor.
2. Begin by filling out all required fields, including your Employee ID, Network ID, First Name, Department Name, and Job Title. Ensure accuracy for a smooth processing experience.
3. In the 'Access Requested' section, specify the Department or Campus Name if it differs from your own department. Select the appropriate AppliTrack Group and provide any remarks in the Requestor’s Remarks field.
4. To digitally sign the form, click on the signature field. If you already have a Digital ID, it will appear automatically; otherwise, follow prompts to create one.
5. After signing, save a copy of the form and email it to your Manager for their approval and signature. Managers should then forward the final signed form to HRIS@houstonisd.org for processing.
