  7. Continue filling out information regarding their office, including 'Name of office', 'Place of office', and relevant contact details such as phone numbers and email ID.
  8. Finally, add your signature, name, and designation as the Head of Office at the bottom before saving or printing your completed form.

FAQs. Who needs to complete a SPARK mid-year update? All students who have applied but have not yet received an admissions decision from UCF should submit mid-year updates. Additionally, any student who is deferred for first semester senior grades should update their SPARK.
NOTE: The completed SPARK Form will be used to review your competitiveness and eligibility for admission. It will be used in lieu of an official high school transcript. Upon enrollment, your SPARK Form will be authenticated using a final official transcript from high school (and college if applicable).
