Fill in your state and zip code, followed by details about the motor vehicle or trailer being sold, including model year, make, model name, type, and vehicle identification number (VIN).
In Part A for sales by licensed dealers, input the gross sales price and any applicable adjustments such as manufacturer’s excise or trade-in allowances. Calculate the taxable sales price and sales tax as instructed.
If applicable, complete Part B for sales by individuals other than dealers. Enter the gross sales price and calculate use tax.
For capitalized cost reductions in Part C, provide necessary figures and compute the corresponding sales tax.
