The Distinguished Service Award, established by the NGNA Board of Directors in 1999, recognizes outstanding leadership and contributions of NGNA members. Nominees must have been members for at least three years and cannot have previously received the award. The selection process involves a review by the Awards Committee, with recipients honored at the annual convention.
