Once all the necessary documents have been correctly submitted to the Registrar the company will be restored to the Register often within a few days. Where the company is to be restored by Court Order the process is likely to take about 3 to 4 months.
The RT01 form (or, for an LLP, the equivalent form LL RT01) \u2013 the ' Application for administrative restoration to the Register' \u2013 must be completed with the following details: The dissolved entity's company name and company registration number.
You can only apply to Companies House to get your company restored (known as 'administrative restoration') if: you were a director or shareholder. it was struck off the register and dissolved by the Registrar of Companies within the last 6 years. it was trading at the time it was dissolved.
