This state-run, state-funded program offers academically eligible students in grades 712 the opportunity to earn postsecondary credit by taking college courses for free before graduating from high school.
Ohio University awards credit for any AP exam in which a score of 3 or higher is earned.
(A) There is hereby established the college credit plus program under which, beginning with the 2015-2016 school year, a secondary grade student who is a resident of this state may enroll at a college, on a full- or part-time basis, and complete nonsectarian, nonremedial courses for high school and college credit.
