Overview. The Property Tax/Rent Rebate Program supports homeowners and renters across Pennsylvania. This program provides a rebate ranging from $380 to $1,000 to eligible older adults and people with disabilities age 18 and older.
You may qualify for the property tax rebate PA or renters rebate PA if you meet the following criteria: Age: 65 or older. Widows/widowers: Age 50 or older. Individuals with disabilities: Age 18 or older. Income: Total household income must be $46,520 or less, with half of Social Security income excluded.

If you havent already applied for your Pennsylvania property tax or rent rebate, theres still time. Applications dont close until December 31, 2025. You can apply online through Pennsylvanias myPATH system. Renters and homeowners may also submit using a paper application.
