To cancel, the student must send a cancellation letter to the Office of Housing Administration via email at oha@sdsu.edu with the below requirements. The cancellation letter must be emailed no later than the cancellation deadline. Cancellation Letter Requirements: Students name.
Individuals who are granted a cancellation due to exceptional circumstances will be charged an additional cancellation fee of $250-$800. You will be required to vacate your assigned housing and turn in your keys within 24 hours of the effective date on your Vacate Form.
