How to use or fill out the code section with our platform

- Begin with Item 1, where you will enter the name of your certified residential building department. Ensure this is accurate for proper identification.

- Indicate employment status in Item 7 by marking 'X' in the appropriate columns for part-time, full-time, or under contract.
- Continue filling out Items 8 through 17 as instructed, ensuring all fields are completed clearly to avoid rejection.
- Finally, ensure that the Residential Building Official signs in Item 18 to validate the report before submission.
