To check the validity of a signed document using the envelope ID, you need to be either the sender or an administrator of the account from which the document originated. If you do not have this access, I recommend reaching out to support for assistance.
Log in to your account. Select the Agreements tab. Select the Inbox or Sent folder, depending on whether you sent or received the envelope. Enter the complete envelope ID in the Search field at the top of your envelopes list.
