The court on motion of a defendant or on its own motion, after the evidence on either side is closed, shall order the entry of a judgment of acquittal of one or more offenses charged in the indictment, information, or complaint, if the evidence is insufficient to sustain a conviction of such offense or offenses.
R. 11 governs the signing of pleadings, motions and other documents. For a willful violation of this rule, an attorney or pro se party, upon motion of a party or upon the courts own motion, may be subjected to appropriate action, including an award to the opposing party of expenses and reasonable attorney fees.
(2) All cases submitted for determination after a court trial shall be decided within ni nety days from the date the case was subm i tted. (3) All motions shall be ruled upon within one hundred twenty days from the date the moti on was filed, except as otherwi se noted on the report forms.
Responses to a written motion, other than motions for summary judgment, may be served within fourteen days after service of the motion. Responses to motions for summary judgment may be served within twenty-eight days after service of the motion.

You will be required to pay a filing fee to the Clerk of Court at the time you file the motion. Please refer to Local Rule 1 of this Courts Rules for the correct amount.
