How to use or fill out job application with our platform

- Begin by filling in your Customer ID and Account Number in the designated fields. Ensure all entries are in CAPITAL LETTERS and BLACK INK only.
- Select the type of account you are applying for, such as Current Account or Special Saving Account, by ticking the appropriate box.
- Provide your Account Title/Name and complete your address details. If there are changes, indicate them clearly.
- In the Customer Profile section, specify your education level and occupation. Choose from options like Self Employed or Salaried.
- Fill out the Nature of Business and Annual Sales Turnover sections accurately to reflect your business status.
- Complete the Signatures and Photographs section by signing where required and attaching photographs as specified.
