As a full-time salaried employee, youll use Form T2200, Declaration of Conditions of Employment to deduct work-related expenses (including home office expenses) from your income tax return. This can help reduce the total amount of taxes youll have to pay to the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA).
Part FDeclaration and Authorization As a temporary measure, the CRA permits electronic signatures on this form. When collecting an e-signature, the T183 form must report the date and time the form was electronically signed. This information is then transmitted to the CRA through T1 EFILE.
The existing T1013 form will be discontinued for access to individual tax accounts. The T1013, RC59, and NR95 will be combined into one form called the AUT-01 Authorize a Representative for Access by Phone and Mail. This form will only be used to request offline access to individual and business tax accounts.
Question 2: We understand that no electronic signatures are acceptable for CRA forms, except for forms T183 and T2200. For all other SERS submitted online, this means representatives should: print the completed form and have the client manually sign it. submit a scan of the signed form.
