How much does CaptionCall cost?

Theres no cost for CaptionCall because its federally funded as an Internet Protocol Captioned Telephone Service (IP CTS).

Who qualifies for CaptionCall?

To qualify for CaptionCall, you must have hearing loss that necessitates the use of captioned telephone service. You must complete an easy self-certification process and provide other mandatory registration information.

Is there a monthly fee for a CapTel phone?

No costs for the Captioning Service are passed on to consumers no monthly fees, no service agreements. Your monthly phone bill does not change.
