FasTrak will send you instructions on how to return your toll tag(s) and how to receive credit. After 30 days, your account will be closed, and you will be refunded any remaining balance. Can I use FasTrak anonymously? Yes.

Does FasTrak refund money?

Simply navigate to the Account Settings tab and select Close Account. To receive a refund for your toll tag security deposit, you must return your toll tag(s) within 10 business days of the closure request.

How do I get rid of old FasTrak?

You can return your toll tag in person or by mail to the FasTrak Customer Service Center. If you are returning the toll tag by mail, FasTrak recommends sending the toll tag by certified or registered mail to P.O. Box 26927, San Francisco, CA 94126.

Do I have to return my FasTrak transponder?

You must return your toll tags within 10 business days of your request to close your account. How do I replace a toll tag that is no longer working or exchange it for a different type of toll tag? If you have a standard FasTrak toll tag and need to exchange it for a FasTrak Flex, you can do it online.

How do I dispute a toll charge on FasTrak?

Follow the instructions on the claim form. Complete the form, sign it, and send it to the FasTrak Customer Service Center with the required documentation. Completed forms may be submitted in person, by mail, via fax, or online.
