Medford Water customers can receive a rebate of up to $85 with the purchase and installation of a new WaterSense certified dual-flush, or 1.28-gallon or less per flush model (up to $85 for the first toilet replaced and recycled, and $40 thereafter per toilet replaced and recycled).
Water Efficiency Rebate Programs Get a rebate of $75 per toilet by replacing old inefficient toilets with Ultra High-Efficient (UHET) models using 1.1 gpf or less. This program is offered to homeowners with homes built in 1993 or before.
A rebate of up to $100 can be used to cover the cost of the toilet and/or the expense of installation. The amount can be credited to your account or mailed out as a reimbursement check. Only three rebates per utility account (you may replace three toilets; the maximum rebate per toilet is $100).
Rebates are for 75% of pre-tax cost up to $250 per valid utility account number. If both smart controller and spray sprinkler bodies are installed, you can apply for a rebate for the two items.
As of July 1, 2021, eligible customers will receive a $75 rebate for installing an approved WaterSense certified ultra-high-efficiency toilet (1.1 gallons per flush or less). Customers can receive up to two (2) toilet rebates per household.
