The AutoPay Authorization Form allows customers to authorize Commerce Bank to automatically debit their chosen deposit account for credit card payments (Visa or MasterCard). Customers must provide account details, select a payment option (minimum payment, fixed payment, or full payment), and attach a voided check or deposit slip. The authorization remains effective until terminated by the customer with prior notice. Customers are responsible for maintaining sufficient funds in their accounts.

To confirm a mandate request, you need your UPI PIN. You dont need to enter your UPI PIN to decline a mandate request. You can also approve an Autopay mandate through an in-app request that you receive on Google Pay. Tip: Autopay requests may take up to 24 hours to reflect on the Google Pay app.
