To request a refund: Go to Your Order. Locate the order. Click Return or replace items. Select the reason from the drop-down list under why are you returning this. Select the refund option under How can we make it right. Click continue and follow the instructions.
To remove a payment method from your AWS account In the navigation pane, choose Payment preferences. Ensure that your account has another valid payment method set as the default. Select a payment method to remove, and choose Delete. In the Delete payment method dialog box, choose Delete.
