ProDoc eFiling allows you to register and electronically file in Texas State Courts. Texas Courts that hear Civil, Family law, Probate and some Criminal Law Courts accept or mandate eFiling.

Is ProDoc being discontinued?

Thomson Reuters has made the decision to discontinue our ProDoc Document Assembly Product effective August 1, 2023. After this date, you wont be able to create new work using ProDoc. Current ProDoc customers should move to Form Builder.

How much does ProDoc cost in Texas?

Texas eFiling Fees $3.00* (no extra charge to include eService - we never collect more than $3.00 for an eFiling and/or eService). There is no charge for eService only transactions. State mandated Electronic Filing Fee when initiating a case only. Fees range from $5.00 to $30.00.
