This change includes the provision of certified copies from the Image File Wrapper (IFW) system as digitally signed PDF files with TIFF images, eliminating the use of compact discs and paper certification statements. The new process aims to enhance authenticity and integrity while allowing applicants to print copies if required by other intellectual property offices.
