2. Begin by selecting the type of DTI registration: either 'New' or 'Renewal'. If renewing, enter your Certificate Number.
3. Fill in your Tax Identification Number (TIN) and indicate if you have one. Provide the date registered if applicable.
4. Complete the Owner’s Information section by entering your first name, middle name, last name, suffix (if any), date of birth, civil status, gender, and citizenship.
5. Choose the Business Name Territorial Scope that applies to your business from Barangay to National options.
6. List at least three proposed business names in the designated fields ensuring they comply with naming regulations.
7. Provide your business details including address, phone numbers, and email for notifications regarding your registration.
8. Indicate your main business activity and PSIC code based on the services or products you will offer.
9. If applicable, select partner agencies for registration and fill out other details such as assets and planned number of employees.
