Click ‘Get Form’ to open the heb W-2 in the editor.
Begin by entering your company code (13054) in the designated box and select 'Go'.
Input your 7-digit employee ID and click 'Continue' to proceed.
Enter the last four digits of your Social Security Number (SSN) as your PIN, then select 'Log in'.
Read through the overview provided and select 'Enroll Now' to create a password.
Answer the six security questions, confirm your email address, phone number, and home address. If you lack a personal email, use w2@heb.com. Click 'Continue'.
Reset your PIN by entering the last four digits of your SSN and creating a new password (4 to 8 numbers). Select 'Save'.
On the Main Menu, enroll for online delivery by selecting 'Consent for Online Delivery', which is the first link under W-2 Features.
