You will need to contact your institution. WES does not accept documents directly from individual applicants, representatives and third-party agents. Your documents must be sealed and attested by the authorized officer at your institution and must be sent from the institution directly to WES.
VTU will be sending the transcripts to WES via Secure Electronic Transfer. It will take about 10 to 15 days for them to send. Once WES receives it, they will notify you on Email. Note: You will have 2 attachments.
