OReGO is a Pay-by-Mile Program for Passenger Vehicles in Oregon. Were pioneering a new way to fund transportation with OReGOs pay-by-mile program. ODOT has operated this program since 2015. OReGO members pay two cents for each mile they drive to help fund safe and reliable roads and bridges.
Oregons mileage tax is assessed against all carriers, private and for-hire, operating both intrastate and interstate with vehicles having a combined weight over 26,000 pounds. If youre subject to the tax, its paid based on your vehicles declared weight and the distance in which the vehicle travels in Oregon.
The current mileage rate for business use is 70 cents per mile. Additional mileage rates are available below. The IRS sets all mileage rates and typically adjusts them every December in preparation for the new tax year that begins in January.
