Average Hometown Heroes hourly pay ranges from approximately $13.46 per hour for Kitchen Team Member to $27.39 per hour for HVAC Technician. The average Hometown Heroes monthly salary ranges from approximately $3,943 per month for Customer Service Representative to $4,127 per month for Safety Specialist.
A hometown hero could be almost anybody, like a veteran/active duty military member, a firefighter, a police officer, a first responder, a community leader, or even a regular citizen who devotes their time to helping others.
What are the requirements to receive the savings offered? There are two qualifications to meet. One is you are serving, or have served as one of our heroes. And, two is you must work with and close on your home or mortgage with our local real estate or mortgage specialists.
