Certificates of Annual Registration​ All domestic or foreign limited liability partnerships (LLPs), limited liability limited partnerships (LLLPs) and all domestic or foreign restricted professional companies (RPCs/PLLCs) in existence on December 31 of any year are required to file a Certificate of Annual Registration.
The annual report filing is required for: Domestic business corporations. Domestic nonprofit corporations. Domestic limited liability companies.
Annual registration means to submit a complete registration packet on an annual basis in the format requested by the village, including complete contact information of all relevant parties, an action plan and timeline for maintenance and repairs, an annual fee, and any other required information.
Certificate of Annual Registration fees: See 15 Pa. C.S. 8998(b)(1). The base fee was increased to $700 on December 31, 2024.
To obtain a duplicate registration card, you will need to complete Form MV-44, Application for Duplicate Registration Card or Replacement of Lost, Stolen or Defaced Registration Plate. Duplicate registration cards are also available for free through our Online Services(opens in a new tab).
