The state of Maryland charges a $14 fee for the first initial emissions test. If you dont get your vehicle tested before the deadline, youll be charged an additional $15 fee for every 28 days the owner fails to get the vehicle tested.
What should I bring for the test? You should bring your vehicle, the test notice, and/or your registration card, along with the test fee. You can pay your test fee by cash, MasterCard, Mobile Wallet Pay​, ​VISA, American Express, check (made payable to VEIP), money order or travelers check.
A $15 late fee is assessed after the testing due date has passed.
There is an additional $15 fee for getting tested late after the initial testing deadline, and an added $15 fee for every subsequent 28 days the vehicle owner is late getting the vehicle tested.
Only patients who have a provider order and scheduled appointment will be tested. Remember, people who do not have symptoms or who have mild symptoms do not need to be tested and should follow home isolation guidance. Q.
