Official transcripts for regular applicants must be received within 14 calendar days of the application deadline or the next business day if the transcript deadline falls on a weekend or holiday.
Most colleges allow you to order copies of transcripts online, by mail, or in person via the office of admissions or registrars office. Youll complete a transcript request form, pay a small fee, and may have to provide proof of identification. Sound simple? It is!
We recommend the use of a printed PDF AMCAS Transcript Request Form to avoid any delay in transcript processing. To generate this PDF form, select the Create Transcript Request Form button next to the appropriate institution in the Transcripts subsection of the Schools Attended section.
Transcripts can be ordered as an electronic copy or paper copy to be mailed. Transcript questions can be sent to byuis-transcripts@byu.edu; please be sure to include Net ID information when emailing questions. Note: Withdrawn and Expired courses are not listed on high school transcripts.
You go onto your application portal (if applying MD and/or DO) and add your schools. On there, once you do that and hit request transcripts, you will get a transcript ID that the e-transcript website will have you enter at one point. You will need one for every institution where you took classes.
