1. Click ‘Get Form’ to open the proposed schedule form in our editor.
2. Begin by entering your Term in the designated field at the top of the form.
3. Fill in your Student Name and Banner ID to identify yourself clearly.
4. Specify your Major or Intended Major, and check whether you are Declared or Undeclared.
5. Input your Advisor's name and Concentration if applicable, ensuring all details are accurate.
6. In the Course Call Number section, list each course you plan to take, followed by its Subject Code, Number & Section Number.
7. Indicate Credit Hours for each course and whether it is a Repeated Course (Y or N).
8. Mark if a Grade “C” or Better is required for each course (Y/N) and fill in the Day/Time Held fields accordingly.
9. Finally, review all entries for accuracy before signing as both Advisee and Advisor. Don’t forget to add the Alternate Pin and Date.
