1. Click ‘Get Form’ to open the rotary member form in the editor.
2. Begin by filling out Part A of the Membership Proposal Form. Enter your title, full name, residence, business details, and contact information. Ensure all fields are completed accurately.
3. Once you have submitted Part A to your club secretary, wait for the board's decision, which should arrive within 30 days. If approved, proceed to arrange an information session for the proposed member.
4. After the proposed member has attended the information session, ask them to complete and sign Part B of the proposal form. Return this signed form to the club secretary.
5. Finally, ensure that any admission fees are paid and that the proposed member's name is published for club consideration. If no objections arise within seven days, they will officially become a Rotarian.
