Click ‘Get Form’ to open the remax bid sheet in the editor.
Begin by filling out the 'Receiving Agent Information' section. Enter your name, office name, address, city, state/provincial code, zip/postal code, country, email, and phone numbers.
Next, complete the 'Sending Agent Information' with the same details for the sending agent.
Proceed to 'Client Information'. Fill in the client's name, current home and work phone numbers, address, number of adults and children moving, and any additional information relevant to their move.
In 'Current Property Information', indicate if the client is a seller or buyer and provide estimated listing price and lender information if applicable.
For 'Desired Property Information', specify price range, down payment estimate, preferred home style, number of bedrooms and baths, square footage, and school requirements.
Finally, review the 'Referral Agreement Details' section. Ensure all signatures are collected before submitting.
