FedLoan Servicing stopped handling federal student loan accounts on December 14, 2021. After the decision, FedLoan accounts were transferred to MOHELA, Edfinancial, Aidvantage and Nelnet.

Dec. 14, 2022 Update: We have completed the transfer of all PSLF borrowers from FedLoan Servicing to MOHELA. Borrowers should have received notice of the completion of their account transfer to their new servicer. Additionally, FedLoan Servicings contract with us has ended.
FedLoans government contract ended in December 2022, and its operations shuttered. If FedLoan handled your loans, theyve been transferred to another servicer, and your account details are intact.
