OFFICIAL Transcript requests will only be mailed to a college, university, or other educational institution. Requests from currently enrolled students to be mailed to a residence or a non-educational address will be UNOFFICIAL.
Past and present USC students can request an Official Academic Record by completing the online Academic Transcript request form. Please be advised there is a $25.00 processing fee. Please allow at least two working days (48 hours) from the time you submit your application for the processing of your request.
When filling out a transcript request form, be sure to include the following details: Full name (as it appears on school records) Date of birth. Phone number and email address. Institution attended. Dates of attendance. Student ID number (if applicable) Delivery details (recipients name, mailing address, or email)
We need to review your most recent fall-term grades, so be sure your current school has posted them before transcripts are sent. If your school requires an email address to send electronic transcripts, please use uetrans@usc.edu.
If you have a myUSC account: You can link to the USC Transcript Ordering Site at Parchment via OASIS. (First-time OASIS visitors will be asked to provide minimal contact information.) Under the Record Order Services header, click Send An Electronic Transcript.

Official transcripts may be ordered through Parchment: You will be asked to create an account. First-time users must sign and submit a Consent to Release form before a transcript order can be processed. Provide your academic record ID (10-digit USC ID or nine-digit SSN) and your dates of attendance at USC.

If you have trouble logging in thru PortalGuard, please contact Admissions Records. This will eliminate the need to come to the College, stand in line, or mail in a request.
