Begin by entering the name of your Corporation in section (A). Ensure that this matches the official name registered in your home state.
In section (B), specify the state where your corporation was formed. This is crucial for verifying your business's legitimacy.
Provide the address of your Corporation in section (C). Make sure this is a valid and current address for correspondence.
Fill out section (D) with the name and address of your resident agent in Maryland. If you do not have one, note that our platform can appoint the Department as your agent.
If applicable, complete section (E) with the principal office address in Maryland. This step is optional but recommended for clarity.
In section (F), indicate whether your Corporation has conducted business in Maryland before qualification by checking the appropriate box. Be aware of potential penalties if applicable.
If this is a requalification, check the box in section (G) and provide your SDAT ID Number.
