How to use or fill out t 234 with our platform

- Section 6 requires you to enter the vehicle identification number (VIN) and title number from your certificate of title.

- In Section 8, list at least one owner of the real estate where the home is located.
- Section 9 asks for all counties where this Certificate is filed; typically only one county is needed unless applicable otherwise.
- Finally, ensure all debtors and lien holders sign and date in Section 10 before submitting your form for processing.
