How to fill out CA PRO 010 Obtain the CA PRO 010 form from the appropriate website or office. Read the instructions carefully before starting to fill out the form. Begin with your personal information: full name, address, and contact details. Enter the date and relevant identification numbers where required.
Ideally, this will be the Executor, but any relative or beneficiary with standing can begin the probate process by filing California Form DE-111. This petition must be filed with the California Superior Court in the County where the deceased resided at the time of their death.
