What is a CITB waiver form?

This ID Waiver Form is only to be used in exceptional circumstances where you cannot provide the required Primary or Secondary ID needed to sit your test. You must nominate a person in a position of responsibility to whom you are known (your sponsor) to confirm your. identity.

What do I need for my CITB test?

A CITB candidate must provide one form of Primary ID containing a photograph and signature. Candidates who are not able to provide the correct ID on arrival at the test centre will be turned away and will lose their test fee.
