1. Click ‘Get Form’ to open the BetterOnline™ Web Portal in the editor.
2. Log in using your username and password at the provided link. Ensure you are a registered user before proceeding.
3. On the Timesheet List page, filter timesheets by status such as Submitted, Approved, Rejected, Paid, In Process, Pending, or Denied to find specific entries.
4. Utilize the Timesheet Start Date Range and Timesheet Submitted Date Range features to narrow down your search results for specific pay periods.
5. To search for a particular employee's timesheets, click on '+Search with Employee Name...' and enter their first and last name.
6. After entering your search criteria, click Search to view all relevant timesheets.
7. To approve or reject a timesheet, click on the Approve/Reject button next to the desired entry. Review the hours worked before making your decision.
8. If rejecting a timesheet, select a reason and provide additional notes if necessary. The employee will receive this feedback for corrections.
