The OPTIONS program provides assistance to Pennsylvania residents, age 60 and older who would like to stay in their home.
Pennsylvanias Options Program (also called Help at Home) provides aging residents with care services in their homes, such as personal care, home health, and home delivered meals.
Must be 60 years of age or older. Must experience some degree of frailty in physical or mental health. Must have unmet needs that can be addressed through OPTIONS services. Must be a Pennsylvania resident.
Total gross household income must be at or below 150% of the Federal Poverty Income Guidelines. Use our Income Calculator, or the chart below, to find out if your gross (before tax) income is within the range of eligibility for the program.
