To claim the Arizona Property Tax Credit all the following must apply: You were a resident of Arizona for all of 2024. You (or your spouse) were either 65 or older or received Title 16 Supplemental Security Income (SSI) payments during 2024.
To qualify for a rebate, you must have had at least $1 of Arizona individual income tax in tax year 2021, 2020, or 2019. If Arizona tax credits reduced your Arizona income tax liability to zero in all of these tax years, you are not eligible for the rebate.
Three thousand dollars for each full-time employee hired in a qualified employment position in the first year or partial year of employment. Employees hired in the last ninety days of the taxable year are excluded for that taxable year and are considered to be new employees in the following taxable year.
Nonresidents are subject to Arizona tax on any income earned from Arizona sources. Nonresidents may also exclude income Arizona law does not tax. Individuals subject to tax by both Arizona and another state on the same income may also be eligible for a tax credit.
